About Dave
Dave became a follower of Jesus when he was about 8 years old and has never looked back. As he grew, he saw more and more in the pages of the Bible the amazing faithfulness of God from before the beginning of time all the way to the end. Decades later, he has experienced that same faithfulness in his own life as God has cared for, taught, rebuked and directed him.
Dave grew up in Sydney, Australia, though now lives further inland in the beautiful country town of Orange. He is married to Janice and they have four kids. In the past he has delivered pizza, taught in primary schools, explained the Bible in churches and schools and told told lots of dad jokes. He studied the Bible at Moore Theological College before becoming an Anglican minister in Sydney.
Dave loves to read stories and tell stories, whether they are pretend or real. The best stories of all are the true stories of the Bible, and he has great fun retelling what God has told us. He hopes that people all over the world will rediscover the faithful God who made them.

About this Ministry
God is the most wonderful, loving, faithful creator of the universe. Through him we can have the greatest joy for all eternity. Every day, though, we are tempted to think that God can not be trusted. When life is hard with suffering, grief, loneliness, hurt and despair we can think that God has let us down. Also, our own selfish hearts can lead us to think that God’s way to live is not true or best, and we should go our own way.
The Bible is God’s amazing story of how he has proven his faithfulness over thousands of years. His character never changes and he lovingly calls people to rest in him and his faithful words. It is good news, and is at the heart of salvation, of living a life of godliness and of all Christian hope.
I started these podcasts so that people could constantly have at the forefront of their minds the evidence for the faithfulness of God. I would like to help:
- Long term followers of Jesus stick at trusting our faithful God on the long journey to the new creation.
- New believers quickly get a deeper grasp of the faithfulness of the God who they have just put their faith in.
- Not-Yet-Believers get to know the real God so that discussions of Christianity are not abstract, or engaged in without knowledge. Instead, they can get to know the God of the Bible in their own time and discover the extensive evidence for the faithfulness of God.
- Families and friends of all ages engage in discussion about God’s faithfulness and encourage each other with what they have discovered about him.
There are currently 1.2 billion internet connected English speakers on the planet and more than half a billion podcast listeners. I would love to create a library of podcasts that they can listen to, be challenged by and, through them, find true joy through Jesus Christ as they discover the one, true faithful God.
